Bob Rand, CCIM, SIOR, is the broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark in Ormond Beach, Florida. Bob's twenty years of commercial real estate experience covers a wide range of disciplines, but he specializes in industrial, retail, and land holdings. Bob is experienced with single-tenant, multi-tenant, owner-occupied, manufacturing, flex, and land properties. In recent years, Bob's business has focused on investment sales of industrial parks and industrial land sales. He has achieved success in sales, landlord, and tenant representation. Bob's CCIM accreditation indicates that he has completed rigorous courses in financial and market analysis, as well as substantial experience in the commercial real estate field. CCIM designees are often regarded as top experts in commercial investment real estate. As an Industrial Specialist, his SIOR title is a professional mark of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate business. Bob earned a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University and is an active member of the CCIM Florida Chapter. He was the 2021 President of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR). CFCAR serves 10 counties, including the metropolitan Orlando region. Bob also chairs the City of Daytona Beach Economic Development Advisory Board and is actively involved in Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation (TVEDC), Volusia County's public-private organization that coordinates strategic economic development activities and business recruitment initiatives in the area. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce and has previously served as President of the Port Orange -South Daytona Chamber of Commerce. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Bob was a long-time multi-unit franchisee for one of the country's major fast-food chains.
