A lifetime resident of Central Florida, I enjoyed a prior career in land surveying giving me great experiences in natural Florida land, highway and property development, as well as people and schedule management. I try to have an innovative mind-set to help navigate and negotiate through difficult circumstances and fluid changes in properties and life. From discreet, off-market properties to high traffic, complex and multi-parcel properties, zoning changes, annexations and business relocation. I will assist property owners, managers, developers and investors in having a productive transaction from start to closing is my goal.
