Lisa Eastman's Profile
Prior to joining CBC Benchmark in Ormond Beach, I was the general manager/owner of a marine construction company for 15 years, whose emphasis was beach, dune and wetland restoration. The company replaced beach sand along the shorelines on the east and west coasts of Florida that had suffered severe beach erosion due to a significant weather event. My area of expertise was bid preparation and submittal to varying agencies including local municipalities, System for Award Management (SAM), Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), and the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). In addition, I was responsible for payment/ draw submittals, contract review, compliance and insurances. From 1996 to 2000 I worked for a commercial developer in Palm Beach County, Florida, and that is where my interest in commercial real estate originated. Obtaining my real estate license with an emphasis on commercial real estate was my objective upon returning to the area. As a former Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), I understand the issues small business owners face during the initial startup phase through the growth and expansion stage. I am a member of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce and enjoy participating in community events throughout the County. Volusia County offers countless opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors, and homeowners all with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in your "backyard".
